Founded in 2001, Beijing Infobird Co., Ltd. is a professional supplier of call center system & services, whose key business includes call center system construction, Internet-based on-line hosted call center and call center outsourcing services.
Infobird has been devoted to the development of call center system over the past years. With a strong software development team, it has created a variety of standard packaged components of call center system, which can be easily integrated with other business systems. Infobird also satisfies clients’ sensible customized developing requirements (e.g., Interactive display interface, customer process design and business interface integration). Meantime, Infobird pays much attention to customers’ experience and application value. We are aiming for maximally helping customers achieve multiple interactive modes and creating an effective communicating tool which is time-free, space-free, controllable and manageable.
Our Company now has more than 200 clients throughout the tourism, e-commerce, telecommunications, electricity, postal services, taxation, finance, insurance, tobacco, transportation, education, manufacturing, utilities, government and other industries. Many of those are industry leaders like PICC, Alibaba, eLong, The9 games, ZHAOPIN and GE. Since 2004 Infobird has taken the largest share in the market of China's domestic Call Center middleware for three consecutive years.
More importantly, based on the experience we have gained over the years in parallel computing, multi-agent collaboration, call center construction, and the modern high-tech service industry, we have successfully launched Disco System, which is on the basis of the traditional call center. Disco System adopts International leading SaaS model, providing software as a service so that companies can put their call centers here in our charge, thus reducing the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), and also enterprises can arrange their customer service agents decentralized. In addition, Disco can use the widely accepted Internet technology to build a unified system, providing services and configurable management of decentralized communicating tools and service resources which originally cannot be effectively managed, such as, telephone, web site, service nodes, scattered human resources, and decentralized resources of skill services and so on.
Disco System is not only an effective technology platform, but also an instrument of production for enterprises to improve service system and create a new service model. The system supplies the most basic set of tools for the management and development of the future virtual enterprise. Disco System, a tool and platform to change the model of human beings’ work and service in the new century, creates the Blue Ocean of IP Contact Centre—a non-competitive huge market.
The performance of Infobird has been widely recognized. From 2001 to 2008, Infobird has been working very hard as a team achieving all the landmarks one by one. In 2002, the company successfully developed CTI products, and had the first group of clients like eLong; in 2003, against the rampant SARS, Infobird won the "Top 100 Chinese e-government Vendors"; in 2004, it possessed the largest share in the market of China's domestic Call Center middleware and also gained "Productivity Award" by China Productivity Promotion Centers; in 2006, Disco System was successfully launched after more than two years’ research, which became an important milestone of the development of China's call center. Infobird has been changing and improving every day.
In 2007, Infobird made big progress. In addition to its achievement in traditional call center middleware market obtaining large projects such as ZHAOPIN and China CITS Group, it had got clients like Hengchang and Haiwen, the industry leaders, in the business of Hosted Call Center.
