Infobird predictive dialing system

Infobird products support preview dialing and predictive dialing and other dialing manners. This project provides two manners: agent manual dialing and automatic dialing.

Manual preview dialing
Fetch number and dial through agent interface:
Start
User name/code Log in
Customer’s information Find out the customer’s information
Customer’s Number Fetch number by double-click
Pop up the dialing interface
Click on the Dialing Button Dialing interface
Dialing succeeded

Dialing server uses virtual extension of the switch to dial, and after getting through it will be transferred to agents.
